ADJUSTMENT OF THE OVEN BURNER MINIMUM
Thisneedstobedoneonlyfortheovenburner(thebroilisaxedcapacity)byactingon
thethermostatinthefollowingway:
• Turnontheburnerbysettingthethermostatknobonposition“550”(maximum).
• Removetheknobandunscrewtheby-passscrew“G”(g.2.11)aboutthreetimesby
passingasmallatscrewdriver(Ø3mmblade,100mmlength)throughthepanel
opening.
• Re-mounttheknobandlettheovenheatupforabout10minutes,thenbringtheknob
toposition“200”(minimum)tooperatethethermostatby-pass.
• Afterhavingremovedtheknobagainandbeingverycarefulnottoturnthetaprod,
slowlyscrewtheby-passscrews“G”(g.2.11)untilyouobtainaameof3-4mmin
height.Theameshouldnotgooutevenwhenpassingsuddenlyfrommaximumto
minimumame.
N.B.ForLP/PROPANEgastheby-passscrewmustbexedthoroughly.
After regulation repeat the operations indicated in paragraph “2. PRESSURE
REGULATOR”atpage8.
Iftheovenhasbeendisconnectedandthenconnectedagaintothegassupplylinerepeat
theoperationsindicatedinparagraph“5.LEAKTESTING”atpage12.
IMPORTANT:
• AfterconversiontoLP/PROPANEgashasbeencarriedoutafxnearthedataplate
the conversion label supplied and also afx a conversion label at page 3 of this
instructionmanual.
• After conversion back to the original gas (NATURAL GAS) has been carried
out remove, near the data plate and at page 3 of this instruction manual, the LP/
PROPANEconversionlabels.Savethelabelsremovedforfutureuse.
