Listing and Code Approvals
A. Appliance Certication
The Burner/Hearth and Log Kits have been tested and listed
in the U.S. in accordance with ANSI Z21.60b-2004 and
ANSI Z21.84-2003 (Gas Log Set). In Canada the Gas Log
Hearth Kits have been tested and approved in accordance
with CGA 2.26b-2004. They have been listed by OMNI Test
Labs for installation and operation in the United States and
Canada as described in these Installation and Operating
Instructions. All components are UL, OMNI, or CSA safety
certied.
Check with your local building code agency prior to installing
this appliance to ensure compliance with local codes,
including the need for permits and follow-up inspections.
In the absence of local codes, comply with the National
Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1-Latest Edition in the U.S.;
in Canada, the CAN/CGA B149 Installation Codes. If any
assistance is required during installation, please contact your
local dealer or call the Technical Services Department .

Improper installation, adjustment, alteration, service
or maintenance can cause injury or property damage.
Refer to the owner’s information manual provided with
this appliance. For assistance or additional information
consult a qualied installer, service agency or the gas
supplier.
