Troubleshoot Your Connection
Check these possible sources of trouble if you are having difficulty connecting to or browsing
the Internet.
Connecting to the Internet
If unable to connect to Internet, check the following:
1. The In
ternet account is active.
2. Th
e 4G LTE SIM card has been inserted into the SIM card slot on the back of the router.
3. Wireless broadband coverage is available where the router is located.
4. Th
e router’s broadband settings are correct. Check with your ISP if you are unsure.
5. Check
the location of your router:
a. Move the
router closer to a window for a better signal.
A blue
Signal Quality LED indicates excellent coverage.
A green
Signal Quality LED indicates good coverage.
An amber Sig
nal Quality LED indicates poor coverage.
A Signa
l Quality LED that is off indicates no coverage.
b. Move the ro
uter away from any appliances causing interference (see Interference
Reduction Table on page 100).
