To ensure accuracy follow these steps:-
1. Have the printer and CopyDisc in a state where there are no jobs running.
2. Scroll down to Utilities using the key and press
3. Use the key to select Loader Utilities and press
4. Use the key to select ‘Input Bin to Printer’ and press
5. The printer tray will open and a disc will be placed onto the tray.
6. Examine where exactly the disc has been placed on the tray. The disc must be
0.5mm (0.0197”) from the 2 front pins on the drawer and be on equal distance from each pin.
6. Determine which way the printer needs to move to receive the disc properly.
7. Loosen the retaining screws on the printer plate and make the adjustment (it may help to
mark its current position before moving in case it slips).
8. Use the key to select ‘Printer to Output Bin’. The disc will be taken from the printer.
9. Go back to step 4 to check the alignment.
10. Before tightening the screws on the printer plate, you need to ensure that discs removed
directly from the drives will also fit snugly into the printer tray. Ensure the printer tray is
closed.
11. Manually place CDs into all four drives and allow the discs to spin up and down.
12. On the LCD panel move the > cursor to Drive to Printer and select Drive 1 with the cursor.
Press the > key. The robotic arm will lift the CD from the drive and place it into the printer
tray.
13. Examine where exactly the disc has been placed on the tray. The disc must be
0.5mm (0.0197”) from the 2 front pins on the drawer and be on equal distance from each
pin.
