2. Set the user share permissions on each key.
3. Enter a data value for each key with the name of Flag (type = DWORD).
Only when a key has a non-zero Flag value will that privilege be turned on.
If both of the Flag values are zero, then all users will get the Allow
privilege.
For example:
If USERA has read access to the Deny key and the Flag value is non-zero,
then USERA will get the Deny privilege.
If USERA has read access to the Use key and the Flag value is non-zero,
then USERA will get the Use privilege.
If USERA has read access to both the Use and Deny keys and they both
have Flag values of non-zero, then USERA will get the Use privilege.
If USERA has read access to both the Use and Deny keys and the Use key
has a Flag value of zero and the Deny key has a Flag value of non-zero,
then USERA will get the Deny privilege.
If USERA does not have any access to either the Use and Deny keys, then
USERA will get the Allow privilege no matter what the values of Flag.
