Configuring the Input Properties
The number of video inputs varies depending on the device. For each video
input, you can enhance the video image by adjusting the value of brightness,
contrast, hue and saturation.
► To configure the input properties
1. Start the Web Interface.
2. From the tree, select Configuration >Video.
3. From the Input Properties tab, you can set the values for the following for
each video input:
AGC:(Automatic Gain Control) This parameter cannot be changed.
Automatic gain control (AGC) bring the video signal up to the standard
1Vpp required level to produce quality picture.
Brightness:Changing the brightness level allows you to increase or
decrease highlights and shadows, making them darker or lighter. The
values range from -128 to 127.
Contrast:This refers to the difference between the lightest and darkest
parts of the image. The values range from -128 to 127
Hue:This refers to the color classification given to the image based on
the colors found in the color spectrum. The values range from -128 to
127.
Saturation:This refers to the intensity of the colors in the image. The
values range from -128 to 127.
4. Click Apply.
