Travel Wand Troubleshooting
The Wand will not turn on
• Be sure the Wand is horizontal, with the bulb facing downward.
• Be aware that the Travel Wand light is not as bright as the Sanitizing Wand.
• Open battery compartment and remove batteries. Wait at least two seconds.
Replace batteries. Try again.
If you continue to have trouble, please call our Customer Service line at

UV-C rays AWAY from the eyes and skin.
