REAL CANDLE FLAME
With a colour temperature of 1900K, Verbatim’s new VxRGB
Natural Vision LED candle lamp provides a warm candle-like glow
that closely matches the spectrum of a real candle flame. A full
range of special candle lamps using Mitsubishi technology will
soon be available, providing features including an even richer
flame colour (1650K), dimmable colour tunability (2400K-1900K)
and a flickering effect that replicates the dancing light of a real
flame.
VxRGB TECHNOLOGY
Mitsubishi’s unique VxRGB technology uses violet light to excite
the red, green and blue phosphors, producing unparalleled colour
illumination with a much wider and richer spectrum than conventional
LED light sources.
VxRGB Natural Vision LEDs, with their high CRI performance (>98), can more closely match other light
sources such as halogen or incandescent light, making them ideal for applications such as jewellery and
fashion stores, or art galleries and museums.
VxRGB Vivid Vision™ ‘high definition’ lighting provides high perceptual fidelity for special applications
by helping to discriminate between even very close hues. Black, navy and dark blue are often difficult to
identify under conventional halogen lighting, but is much easier to distinguish under VxRGB Vivid Vision™
lighting. It can also illuminate objects including typography in finer detail,
make whites whiter and presents skin-tones more accurately.
