For Vinyl Railing Installation: 1 2 Closely follow post installation instructions (or sleeve existing wood 4x4). Assembling rail section: • Lock tabs on baluster/spindle must face outer edge of routed holes in rails • Assemble your rail section by snapping balusters/spindles in rails a. 1 support brace is included with 6' railing kits.

For Vinyl Stair Railing Installation: 1 2 3 65 3⁄4" max between posts Closely follow post installation instructions (or sleeve existing wood 4x4). Mount top post 1" back from edge of landing. Mount bottom stair post 1" back from stair tread nose. Distance between posts should not exceed 65 3⁄4 . Lock tabs on baluster/spindle must face outer edge of routed holes in rails as shown (Fig A). Assemble your rail section by snapping balusters/spindles in rails (Fig B). a. b.

7 8 Remove clamped stair kit from posts. Locate previous marked rails and add 1" to your pre-determined measurement (Fig A). Cut all four 1" marks on rails at 90 degrees (Fig B). Note: There is a separate screw pack for the top rail brackets and the bottom rail brackets. a. b. a. b. c. d. a. Angle Bracket Installation: These installation guidelines will direct you through the process of installing the angle brackets. This process is very similar to the installation of a regular railing installation, with a few key differences. These instructions depict installation methods that have been proven successful and are therefore recommended by the manufacturer. Please keep in mind that they may not cover every installation scenario you may encounter.

     Attach each 2" top rail bracket with (4) # 10 x 2"  screws. Attach each bottom rail bracket with  (4) # 10 x 1 1⁄2" screws.
