IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - continued
CLEANING
Always disconnect unit from power supply before attempting to clean it.
Use soft cloth moistened with soapy water, and wipe gently. Do not use
solvents or abrasive materials.
SAFETY
The apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and that
no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be placed on the
apparatus.
CAUTION
Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced.
Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
A warning that batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) shall not be
exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Place the apparatus some distance from nearby objects or walls for sufficient ventilation. The
ventilation should not be impeded by covering the ventilation openings with items such as
newspapers, tablecloths,curtains, etc.
• Dispose of used batteries properly. Follow the local regulations for battery disposal.
• Use this apparatus in moderate climates. It is recommended not to use this apparatus in a
lightning storm.

Fit 2 x AAA batteries to battery compartment
Plug adaptor into wall socket and connect to unit
Press button to 'Off' (standby) setting (lights dim)
Press and hold button for 3 seconds
Press Skip/Search ± to set 24 or 12 hrs. Press to confirm
Press Skip/Search ± to set hours. Press to confirm
Press Skip/Search ± to set minutes. Press to confirm
Press button to 'Off' (standby) setting (lights dim)
Press and hold Mode button for 3 seconds (time setting will flash)
Press Skip/Search ± to set hours. Press Mode to confirm
Press Skip/Search ± to set minutes. Press Mode to confirm
Press button to ' (lights bright)
1. For iPod connect the iPod/iPhone and select desired song and set desired volume.
2. For Radio set desired station and set desired volume.
3. Buzzer does not need to be set.
Press button to ' (standby) setting (lights dim)
Press button repeatedly to choose alarm source
The clock will now display Alarm and alarm mode. At the set time the alarm will function

Press button once. Note this will not clear the alarm setting completely.
Press button. The alarm will deactivate for a 9 minute period
Press and hold the button until the symbol flashes
Press the button to select the desired auto off time. (Settings from 90mins to 10mins)
Press button to ' (lights bright)
Press button until display shows
Adjust volume button to set volume level
Unwind FM Arial cord for better signal
Press button to switch between mono and Stereo modes
To tune a radio station press and hold the buttons. The radio will search for the next available station.
To store in memory press button until appears in display. Use the buttons to select
the desired channel that you wish to store the station under and press once to store. Note there are
30 memory channels available.
Connect the iPod/iPhone into the docking base using adaptors supplied.
Switch both clock radio and iPod to ON.
Press the button until the iPod function appears.
Press button. The unit will start playing the first available track.
Press button repeatedly to select between sound effects Classic/Rock/Jazz/Pop
(E0 = Off) (E1=Classic) (E2 = Jazz) (E3 = Pop) (E4 = Rock)
To connect to an auxiliary music source plug the external source into the AUX input socket on the rear of the unit.
Press button until is shown on display.
