Chapter 5 Using print and disk options 5 - 11
Storing disks
Computer disks are somewhat fragile, magnetic devices for storing your
work. Therefore, we suggest the following disk storage and handling
practices to ensure that your work is not lost as a result of disk damage.
Store disks at a temperature between 50 and 140 degrees
Fahrenheit.
Keep disks away from magnets, magnetized objects or heavy
electrical equipment. Some large lighting equipment may damage
disks.
Do not touch the magnetic disk inside the plastic disk case.
Do not eat, drink or smoke when you handle disks.
