Selection
Manually specify an operator. (Refer also to *NETOP.)
• mode= 0: Automatic - any affiliated carrier [default]
• mode= 1: Manual - use only the operator <oper> specified.
• mode= 4: Manual/Automatic - if manual selection fails, goes to automatic mode
• format= 0: Alphanumeric ("name") (G3x10 must use this format)
• format= 2: Numeric.
