11: Serial Configuration
Use the serial port to connect devices or computers using a DB9-
RS232 connection.
Note: These commands are specific to the RS232 port and generally do not
apply to USB/serial.
Port Configuration
Serial Port Configuration consists of five categories of configurable
parameters:
• Port Configuration
• Advanced
• TCP
• UDP
• PPP
These categories and their parameters are shown in Figure 11-1,
Figure 11-2, and Figure 11-3 and described in Tabl e 1 1-1 ,
Table 1 1 -2, and Table 1 1- 3 .
