TRIPOD COLLAR USER MANUAL
INTRODUCTION Thank you for choosing Vello. Congratulations on the purchase of your new Vello Tripod Collar. The Vello Tripod Collar is simple to install, mounting directly to the barrel of the lens. Once mounted, the collar provides improved balance and less stress on the lens mount during tripod use. By slightly loosening the collar the lens can also be easily rotated between horizontal and vertical shooting positions. Please read the entire manual before using the Tripod Collar. 1.
4. To secure the Tripod Collar, close the ring and screw the knob firmly into place. 5. Attach the lens to the camera body and securely mount on the tripod. Note: If using a Quick Release Plate, align the plate with the lens barrel so the camera faces forward when mounted to the tripod and screw it firmly into place. 6. To shoot horizontally, align top of the lens to line on top of collar. 7. To shoot vertically, align top of lens to either line provided on the sides of the collar.
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY This VELLO product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever occurs later.
