Number of Bursts
and Duration
In order to capture all of the
bursts, set the shutter speed
equal to or slower than the
calculated shutter speed.
To calculate the correct shutter
speed, use the following formula:
Shutter
speed
=
Total number of
flashes (Time)
Frequency of flashes
per second (Hz)
For example, if the number
of flashes per frame is 5,
and the frequency of the
flash is 15 Hz, then
5 flashes per frame
= 1/3
15 Hz
so the cameras shutter speed
should be set to 1/3 of a second
or slower in order to capture
all of the 5 flash bursts.
1. Press the Gr/Ch button
repeatedly to highlight the
Times icon. Use the + and
buttons to set the time.
2. Press the Gr/Ch button
repeatedly to highlight the Hz
icon. Use the + and buttons
to adjust the duration.
3. Press Set to confirm.
