The best results are achieved when there is a clear line of sight between transmitter and receiver. Try to avoid obstacles e.g. trees, walls, vehicles, etc. Transmitting in the rain and over bodies of water

will reduce the quality of the performance. Proximity to certain electronic equipment may also influence the effective range.

Optimum reception is obtained when transmitter and receiver are placed 4.5 to 6ft (= 1.5 to 2m) above the ground. Test all devices prior to their installation because the transmission quality can often be

improved by moving the components slightly.

Turn the transmitter and the receiver off when they are not in use. Do not touch the antennas when the system is in use and do not place the receiver behind a monitor.

IMPORTANT Only use the included power supply ! Do not install the device near a heat source or in a dirty environment. A microwave oven or a cellular phone in the vicinity of either receiver or transmitter can cause interference and diminish the quality of the signal. Do not install the system in humid locations as water may damage the receiver or the transmitter. Wait until the equipment has dried if condensation does occur. Do not expose the system to temperatures in excess of ± 50°C.

6. Installation of the AVMOD12TXM / AVMOD13TXMA 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) The transmitter is equipped with an omnidirectional antenna that is most effective when placed upright. Connect transmitter and receiver (AVMOD13RX = option) with their respective power supplies. Consult the table on p. 1 !! Connect the transmitter’s video inputs to the equipment you wish to transmit from (camera, VCR, DVD, etc.) (colours : see table on p. 1).

3. Installatie van de AVMOD11TX 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) Plaats de omnidirectionele antenne van de zender rechtop voor een optimale werking. Verbind de zender en de ontvanger (AVMOD11RX = optie) met hun respectieve voedingen. Verbind de A/V ingangen van de zender met het toestel waarmee u het signaal wilt zenden (camera, VCR, TV, enz.) (audio = rood, video = geel). Sluit de zender aan op het toestel waarnaar u het signaal wilt zenden (monitor, TV, VCR, enz.).

Eliminez tous les obstacles entre l’émetteur et le récepteur pour garantir le meilleur résultat. Essayez donc d’éviter des obstacles comme p. ex. des arbres, des murs, des véhicules, etc. Le système sera moins efficace quand vous envoyez un signal à travers une masse d’eau ou lorsqu’il pleut. La présence d’appareils électroniques peut avoir une influence négative sur la plage de réception. Installez l’émetteur et le récepteur à ± 1.5m à 2m du sol.

5. Installation de l’AVMOD11TXC 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) Posez l’antenne omnidirectionnelle de l’émetteur perpendiculairement au sol pour garantir un fonctionnement optimal. Connectez l’émetteur et le récepteur (AVMOD11RX = option) à leurs alimentations respectives. Employez le boîtier (inclus) pour 4 piles LR6 (option) ou l’adaptateur réseau inclus. Connectez le récepteur (AVMOD11RX = option) à l’appareil auquel vous voulez transmettre le signal (moniteur, TV, VCR, etc.) (voir AVMOD11RX ci-dessous).

OBSERVACIONES IMPORTANTES ¡Sólo use la fuente de alimentación incluida! No se puede instalar el aparato al lado de una fuente de calor o en un ambiente sucio. Un microondas o un teléfono inalámbrico en la proximidad del receptor o del emisor pueden causar dificultades técnicas y, por lo tanto, disminuir la calidad de la señal. No instale el sistema en un ambiente húmedo: el agua dañaría el receptor y/o el emisor. En caso de condensación, espere hasta que el aparato se haya secado.

Bei Störungen: Schlechte Bildqualität : Verändern Sie die Position der Antennen / verändern Sie den Standort des Senders oder Empfängers / verändern Sie den Abstand zwischen Sender und Empfänger Linien im Bild – kein Bild : Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe eines drahtlosen Telefons, einer Mikrowelle oder eines anderen 2.4GHz-Gerät. Schattenbilder : Überprüfen Sie ob es Hindernisse wie z.B. Bäume oder Gebäude gibt, die Interferenzen verursachen könnten.

6. Installation des AVMOD12TXM / AVMOD13TXMA 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) Stellen Sie die omnidirektionelle Antenne des Senders senkrecht, so dass sie optimal funktionieren kann. Schließen Sie den Sender und den Empfänger (AVMOD11RX = Option oder AVMOD13RX = Option) an die jeweilige Stromquelle an. Siehe Tabelle, S. 12 !! Schließen Sie die Video-Eingänge des Senders an das Gerät, mit dem Sie Signale übertragen möchten, an (Kamera, VCR, DVD, usw.) (Farben : Siehe Tabelle, S. 12).
