1. Monopod – Adjusting the height 2. Monopod – Adjusting the tilt GB The monopod has 3 telescopic sections, allowing you to set it at 4 different heights. To extend the monopod pull the ballhead mount upwards. To lock into position, turn each part (as required) slightly clockwise. To unlock, turn each part anti-clockwise. GB The tilt of the ballhead mount can be adjusted to suit various situations. To adjust the postion of the ballhead loosen the screw on the side by turning it anti-clockwise.
