VECTRON POS MOBILETOUCH
i
Complete charging of an empty battery
B50 takes approximately 2.5 hours.
Do not remove the battery B50 from
the MobileTouch until it is completely
charged.
6.3. Installing a wireless network
Via a wireless network the MobileTouch POS system can
send data to or receive data from other POS systems.
The MobileTouch POS system has a WiFi module, for inte-
grating the POS system to a wireless network in infrastruc-
ture mode. In infrastructure mode, an access point has to
be available and configured in order to use a wireless net-
work. The access point rules the communication between
the devices in wireless networks.
You can program and configure the WiFi module in that
way that Wireless LAN is exclusively activated when data is
sent, e.g. in order to save energy.
Your Vectron dealer can install the wireless network for
you. Please read the following hints and contact your
Vectron dealer for questions and requests concerning pro-
gramming and configuration.
