9.2. MobileTouch charging station
Errors Possible reasons Troubleshooting
The battery B50 is
not charged when
inserted in the
MobileTouch charg-
ing station.
The safety plug is
not plugged to a
voltage-carrying
outlet.
Put the safety plug
into a voltage-
carrying outlet that
is protected by a
fault-current circuit
breaker.
The plug of the
power pack is not
plugged to the
female jack of the
charging station.
Put the power pack
plug into the female
jack of the charging
station.
The charging
contacts of the
battery B50 have
no contact to the
charging contacts
in the MobileTouch
charging station.
Insert the battery
B50 to the charging
station so that the
charging contacts
touch each other.
Clean the charging
contacts as de-
scribed in chapter
10.2.1 “Cleaning
the contacts” on
page 118 .
The temperature of
the battery B50 is
above or below the
permissible tem-
perature range.
Make sure that the
ambient tempera-
ture is as described
in chapter 4.5
“Technical data” on
page 28 . Wait
until the tempera-
ture of the battery
B50 is in the per-
missible range.
