VECTRON POS MINI II
6.1. Set up of Mini II
This chapter tells you how to set up Mini II, how to con-
nect it to the power supply and how to connect devices to
Mini II.
6.1.1. Selecting the setup site for Mini II
This chapter informs you about the setup site for Mini II.

You can damage power supply and
POS system
if for instance the setup
site is not stable.
• Set up the Mini II in a well-ventilated room with a tem-
perature between 0 and 40 °C.
• Do not cover the Mini II.
• Select the setup site so that the Mini II is not exposed to
direct sunlight.
• Place the Mini II on a stable, even surface with sufficient
space.
• Never place the Mini II next to e.g. sinks or dispensing
systems to avoid that liquids are poured over the Mini II,
power supply Vectron PS30 and power cord.
• Lay out the cables so that they are not under tension.
• Lay out the cables so that you do not trip over them.
