VAX 4000 Model 108 User Information
Communications Options
There are five CDAL I/O slots at the rear of VAX 4000 108 systems, numbered 1 through
5, with slot 1 at the bottom and slot 5 at the top. Slot 1 contains a KFDDA DSSI port
which may be used with a TriLink adapter. Slot 2 contains an HSD10 SCSI port. Slot 3
may be used for an optional KFDDA DSSI port, slot 4 for a synchronous communication
option, and slot 5 for an asynchronous communication option.
