Installation Instructions for Hisun Snow Plow

1. Remove all components from the shipping carton and lay them out for easy

reference.

2. Refer to the attached diagram below and find the following parts: #19

(Locking Plate), #20 (Mid Positioning Plate), and #21 (Swivel Plate).

3. As shown in picture, install the parts #19, #20, #21 on the bracket #22

in the order shown. Secure part #11 (Setting Spring Bolt) bottom upward,

while other 5 bolts should be assembled from the top downward. In addition

to the other washers shown, it is also very important to note that there

are (6 quantity) #17 (Washer 8mm) between part #20 and part #22. Use the

#16 bolts, #17 washers, and #18 Lock nuts to secure the parts #19, #20,

and #21 to the #22 (Main Push Tube). Secure the lock nuts tightly.

4. Use the part #15 (Adjust Handle

and Wench Hook Pin) to connect

part #10 (Adjusting Handle),

part #14 (Hook for Wench

Connection) with part #19

(Locking plate). Note 2 #12

(Washers 10mm) must be placed on

the outside edges of the #14

(Hook for Wench Connection)

before the #15 pin is inserted

through the #10 (Adjusting
