Power scheme settings are divided into two subgroups:
 Power scheme settings that apply only to this user account
 Power scheme settings that apply all user accounts that use this power scheme
You can view/edit settings in either subgroup as described above.
Commands
You can apply any of the following commands to the power scheme by clicking on the
corresponding button:

Make this the active power scheme for this user
account
Activate Scheme
for All Users
Make this the active power scheme for all user
accounts on this system
