MSO TRANSFER

INSTRUCTIONS

❑ At the time of sale the MSO

(manufacturers statement

of origin) must be signed

over to the customer

purchasing the UTV.

1.

1. Name and address of purchaser

2. The odometer reading. Turn on the key and the

odometer reading will display. See the owner’s

manuals for displaying odometer

3. Name of Dealership = Name on the front of the

MSO. The Home Depot – Dealer License number is

only needed if the store is in a applicable state

requiring a license.

4. Signature of store employee making transfer.

5. Notary only needed in Titling Jurisdiction.
