4 SNMP Installation
This section describes how to configure and use SNMP (simple network management
protocol) on the wireless link. The wireless bridge includes an SNMP agent that collects
valuable statistical and configuration information about the network interface card inside your
wireless link. Network administrators analyze this information to keep their networks
operating at peak efficiency.
The SNMP agent maintains a database of statistical and configuration information in RAM. It
