Keysight InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series Oscilloscopes Programmer's Guide 401
:MTESt:RMODe:SIGMa
(see page 792)
Command Syntax
:MTESt:RMODe:SIGMa <level>
<level> ::= from 0.1 to 9.3 in NR3 format
When the :MTESt:RMODe command is set to SIGMa, the :MTESt:RMODe:SIGMa
command sets the test sigma level to which a mask test runs. Test sigma is the
best achievable process sigma, assuming no failures. (Process sigma is calculated
using the number of failures per test.) The test sigma level indirectly specifies the
number of waveforms that must be tested (in order to reach the sigma level).
Query Syntax
:MTESt:RMODe:SIGMa?
The :MTESt:RMODe:SIGMa? query returns the current Sigma level setting.
Return Format
<level><NL>
<level> ::= from 0.1 to 9.3 in NR3 format
