You can record one or all of the streams shown on this page. However the streams you select
are encoded as one file and there are limits on size. The file size of all recorded streams
cannot exceed 4 gigabytes or 12 hours—whichever comes first. Table 3 shows typical files
sizes and record times. The recording will stop when it reaches the maximum file size or
duration.

Notification
Use this page to notify selected viewers by e-mail that an upcoming event has been
scheduled. You can select
Public in which case all registered subscribers are notified or you
can select specific groups of defined subscribers. Do not use to notify more than 500 users at
one time.
