Turn ON the electric power at the main fuse
or circuit breaker box.
The slide switch sets the direction of fan rotation. Select the direction of fan rotation you need by sliding the switch.
Push the slide switch bottom for " Forward" and top for "Reverse".
CAUTION: If you install a Remote Control or a Wall Control for this fan, make sure to use the pull chains to
select the "high" position for the fan speed and the "on" position for the fan light.

Make wire connections using wire nuts:
--- The blue wire from the switch box to
the black wire from fan light.
--- The white wire from the switch box
to the white wire from fan light.
Carefully put the wires into the switch
box.
Secure the switch box with the switch
box screws.
Attach the glass shades onto the
glass holders, secure them with
socket rings.
Install bulbs (included). See relamping
label at socket area or packaging for
maximum allowed wattage.

Install fan light (Provided with package):
WARNING:
As per EPACT 2005 requirements, this fan light has a built-in current limiting device to conserve
energy. The fan light will not operate if the combined wattage of the installed bulbs exceeds 190
Watts. If the fan light shuts off shortly after being switched on, it may be due to excessive current
demand. Turn off power to the fan and replace the light bulbs with lower wattage bulbs.Turn on
power to the fan, using the pull chain, wall switch, or remote control (whichever is installed on
the particular fan).
