ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

NOTE: 1. Before installing, consult local electrical codes for wiring and grounding requirements.
2. READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
WARNING:
TO AVOID RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, BE SURE TO SHUT OFF
POWER BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING THIS FIXTURE.
1. Find a suitable location to mount the junction box.
The mounting surface should be a minimum of 1/2”
thickness.
2. Once you have determined the position where the
junction box will be mounted, mark the corresponding
knockout closest to your supply wire feed.
CAREFULLY REMOVE THE KNOCKOUT BY
HAMMERING A FLATHEAD SCREWDRIVER OR
PUNCH UNTIL THE SURFACE BREAKS.
Use pliers and bend it back and forth until it snaps
off if necessary. (See Fig.1)
3. Unscrew the set screw from junction box, and then
remove the cover of junction box. (See Fig.2)
4. Attach the die-cast connector (included) by inserting
the threaded end through the knockout. Secure the
die-cast connector to junction box panel by
tightening the 1/2" lock nut. (See Fig.3)
