Is there an accessory missing?
• Check the ‘Machine Overview’ (page 3) to make sure the part is denitely included in your unit.

Why will the vacuum cleaner not run?
• It may not be plugged into the electrical outlet correctly. Ensure that the plug is pushed into the electrical
outlet securely.
• The electrical outlet may not be working. If unsure consult an electrician.
• The motor thermostat may have tripped. Switch o and unplug the vacuum cleaner. Leave for one hour before
switching the vacuum cleaner back on.
Why won’t the vacuum stay in “Eco” mode?
• When the machine is turned o and then back on it returns to full power mode. To re-enter “Eco” mode, press
the green “Eco” button once.
Why won’t the vacuum cleaner pick up?
• Dust bag may be full or incorrectly installed; remove the dust bag from the unit and if not full, re-attach as
shown on page 4.
• The lter may be clogged; refer to ‘Maintenance: Cleaning the lters’ on page 7 and 8.
• The lter may not be tted correctly; refer to ‘Maintenance: Cleaning the lters’ on page 7.
• There may be a blockage in the tube or hose. Disconnect the hose from the vacuum cleaner, carefully remove
any blockages found and reconnect securely.
Why won’t the accessories pick up properly?
• Accessories may not be attached securely; ensure tools are tted correctly as shown on page 5.
• Accessory may be blocked; remove accessory from handle/tube and carefully remove blockage and re-attach
to the vacuum cleaner.
Why is dust escaping from the vacuum?
• The lter may be clogged; refer to ‘Maintenance: Cleaning the lters’ on page 7 and 8.
• The dust bag may be full; remove the bag and if full, t a new bag as shown on page 4.
• Dust bag may be incorrectly installed; remove the dust bag from the unit and re-attach as shown on page 4.
• The hose may not be installed correctly, remove and ret as shown on page 4.
