F-Gas Rules
• Systems containing more than 3kg (6kg for hermetic systems) must be leak checked every 12 months
• Systems containing more than 30kg must be leak checked every 6 months
• Systems containing more than 300kg must be leak checked every 3 months and be fitted with a fixed
detection system which must be checked every 12 months
• The accuracy of the leak detection system in all cases must be better than 5 grams per year
