Do Not Vacuum the Following Items:
• Water and other liquids • Any sharp objects • Hot ashes, lighted matches or
or fluids burning cigarette ends
WARNING:
Replacing the Dust Bag
1. After removing the suction hose, open
front cover by depressing the button and
lift upwards. (Fig.8)
2. Lift the dust bag and plastic support
bracket out of machine. (Fig.9)
3. To separate dust bag from support bracket,
push the release button. (Fig.10)
4. Dispose of dust bag.
5. Depress release button while attaching the
new dust bag to the support bracket.
6. Ensure the dust bag is secured to the
support bracket.
7. The dust bag and support bracket must be
correctly fitted into the dust compartment
otherwise the front cover will not lock into
place.
Cleaning the Filters
PRE-MOTOR FILTER - WASHABLE
1. The pre-motor filter is located in the dust
bag compartment directly behind the dust
bag.
2. After removing the suction hose, open
front cover by depressing the button and
lift upwards. (Fig.8)
3.
Pull the filter housing up and out of the
appliance. (Fig.11)
4. Remove the filter by sliding out of housing.
(Fig.12)
5. Gently wash the filter in warm water.
Allow
the filter to completely air dry only,
before replacing it. Do not wash filter in
a washing machine and do not dry with
electrical or any appliances.
6. Replace the filter every 2-3 months,
depending on conditions and frequency of
use or if loss of suction is experienced.

Do not block air flow. Restricting suction
by allowing dust and dirt to clog the
hose, tool attachments or a full dust bag
will decrease vacuuming efficiency.
Do not run the appliance over the power
cable.
Keep vacuum cleaner away
from heat emitting appliances.
