valid address.

?10 ACV/TNV occurred during machine check
processing.
An access violation or translation-not-
valid error occurred while handling an-
other error condition.
?11 ACV/TNV occurred during kernel-stack-not-
valid processing.

?12 Machine check occurred during machine
check processing.
