If sybase_tune does not proceed as expected, there is a log file which
you can review to help you determine the cause. The file,
sybase_tune.log, is produced in the sybase_device:[sybase.install]
directory.
Table 10-1 provides approximate memory requirements for the
applications listed in the table.
Do not specify more users than are required. A higher number of
users affects system performance.

both the Sybase SQL server and the CDOS server.
