NOTE: Brushbar could cause rug fringe area to become tangled within cleaner. Use caution when vacuuming throw rugs with fringe.

Remove foam filter Press tab on bottom of foam filter cover and pull to remove. WARNING: to reduce risk of injury from moving parts - unplug before servicing. Press dirt container release button and remove dirt container from cleaner. Fig.5/3 Clean foam filter Separate the filter assembly by removing the foam filter from its plastic housing.

Replace exhaust filter Return exhaust filter to base of cleaner and snap into place. Remove exhaust filter Press tab on side of exhaust cover and lift to remove. TOOL REQUIRED: Phillips screwdriver ! MOTOR SHAFT WARNING: to reduce the risk of injury from moving parts - unplug cleaner before changing belt or brush. To remove belt Lay cleaner flat and flip cleaner to expose nozzle base. Base should lay flat and face up.

Rotate nozzle guard back in place (Fig. 6/7). 7. Lightbulb: removal and replacement TOOL REQUIRED: flathead screwdriver ! WARNING: to reduce risk of electric shock - unplug cleaner before removing or replacing lightbulb. For bulb replacement call 0844 412 8455 Using the end of a Flathead screwdriver, gently pop open the lens .
