SEALANTS

One component closed-cell expanding polyurethane

foam sealant for lineal caulking appli cations. Air-

moisture cure. Tack free in 20 minutes; fully cured

in 12 hours. Paintable. Use for insulating and sealing

around windows, doors, pipes, ducts and vents.

Non-toxic when cured. Paint to protect from UV

exposure. “R” value 4.7– 1” (25mm) thickness.

Foam contains fire retarding chemical but is not

rated as a firestop product. Environmental concerns

have led us to replace CFC’s and HCFC’s with

hydrocarbon material in our one component foam

products. See instructions on each product to ensure

safe use and quality results.

Food grade 100% RTV Silicone Sealant. Can be used

in applications for continuous use to 450°F (232°C).

UV and water resistant. Long-term flexibility. Non-

paintable. Available in 10.3 fl. oz. (305 ml) tube for

use in standard caulk gun.

PRO-TITE™ Resin Based

Thread Sealant

Resin based thread sealant that adheres to internal

surfaces, fills voids while forming a flexible fluid tight

seal. Specifically formulated for use on metals and

plastics subject to extreme vibration. Serviceable at

temperatures from -100°F (-73°C) to 400°F (204°C)

and from full vacuum to 10,000 PSI. Pro-Tite is

impervious to most chemicals including refrigerants,

petroleum products, gases, steam, etc. Alcohol based.

CAS-2712 Wagner Adhesive Sealant, 0.34 fl. oz. (10ml) EA 10

Wagner Adhesive Sealant

For refrigerant sealing. Eliminates fastener loosening,

leakage, and corrosion. Cures between thread

flanks to seal against leakage and prevents thread

corrosion. Offers sealing with maximum solvent

resistance to the action of refrigerant (11, 12 and 22),

ammonia and sulphur dioxide. Withstands corrosive

liquids used in metal finishings and process

industries. Ideal sealant for refrigeration, A/C, and

process equipment using corrosive chemicals.
