Insta-Charge
Faster, safer and more economical method for
charging LIQUID refrigerant through the low
pressure side of an air conditioning or refrigeration
system, without damaging the compressor.
Insta-Charge’s unique internal restrictor reduces
liquid flow to a level below the capacity of
the compressor. Converts liquid refrigerant to
a saturated vapor for fast entry. Insta-Charge
connects directly to the refrigerant can or cylinder
valve. Adds liquid tracing dye faster. Eliminates
heating of refrigerant cylinder. Made of light weight
aluminum. Sold at a fraction of the cost of other
fast charging devices.

Sight Glass and Moisture Indicator provides a quick visual diagnosis of refrigerant and moisture levels within a system. The sight
glass indicates if the system has the proper refrigerant level, a restricted dryer or excessive pressure-drop. The moisture indicator
recognizes moisture within the system. Provides early warning that a potential failure exits resulting in corrosion, chemical
damage, restricted flow, or even compressor failure. Etch-resistant glass with a simple colour comparison provides easy viewing
and quick diagnostics. Flare models feature forged brass body and fittings for corrosion resistance. Sweat models feature copper
fittings to permit solder installation without disassembly. Leak-proof design is compact and short in length to easily fit within a
unit and provide accuracy in performance.

Bi Flow Driers
The “DBF” Series is designed specifically for heat pump or reverse cycle application. External check valves are not required since
they are incorporated within the filter dryer shell. The core design filters out contaminant particles down to 25 microns. 100%
copper sweat or nickel plated flare fittings. Desiccant core provides reliable and effective, removal of solid contaminants, acid
and moisture. Provides three times the filtration as the standard bi-flow. Core is cushioned in fiber gaskets to protect core and
to insure trouble-free performance. Powder paint exterior coating surpasses 500 hour ASTM salt spray test and resists corrosion.
