•Checkthe‘Thispackcontains’panelontheboxtomakesure
the part is included with your machine
•Theplugmaynotbefullypushedintotheelectricalsocket
• Checkthefuseintheplugifthisneedsreplacing,always
replace with a British 13amp fuse
• Thepowercordmaybedamaged,pleasecontactour
customer care line
•Checkthewatertankforlimescalebuildup.

• Checkthatthesafetylatchhasbeenunlockedonthe
steam handle
• Checkthattheunithasnotbeenoverlledastheremustbe
space in the tank for the water to heat. If overlled the unit
will deliver little steam or water droplets
• Thewatermaynotyetbeattemperature;theblueandgreen
steam ready indicator light will both be illuminated when the
water is at temperature and is ready to use
• Checkthewatertankforlimescalebuildup
