Command Action

TEST Invokes a diagnostic test program speciﬁed by the test number

you enter. If you enter a test number of 0 (zero), all tests allowed

to be executed from the console terminal are executed. The

console accepts an optional list of up to ﬁve additional hexadecimal

arguments.

UNJAM Performs an I/O bus reset, by writing a 1 (one) to IPR 55 (decimal).

X Loads or unloads (that is, writes to memory or reads from memory)

the speciﬁed number of data bytes through the console serial line

(regardless of console type), starting at the speciﬁed address. For

use by automatic systems communicating with the console.

Examples 1–1 through 1–6 show sample displays for the commonly used

commands SHOW and SET.

The SET command sets the parameter to the value you specify. The SHOW

command displays the console parameter you specify.
