TROUBLESHOOTING
· Chec k that the camera and monitor are turned on.
· Chec k the c amera is co nnec ted to power pro perly (it
c anno t be c harged; it’s power off o nc e disc onnec ted
from power).
· Chec k that the monito r is of enough battery (it’ll auto
shut off when battery level ic on flashes red slowly on
the monito r).
· Chec k the intac tness of the power c able.
· Chec k whether the camera is near the mo nito r
(rec ommended to keep within 1.5- 2m / 4.9- 6.6ft).
· Chec k whether the monito r is of low battery. Charge it
in time to restore good c onnec tio n.
· Chec k whether the camera is well co nnec ted to power.
· Chec k whether there are any large metallic objec ts
inc luding doors, refrigerators, mirro rs, etc., are plac ed
between the camera and mo nitor thus blocking the
radio signals.
· Chec k whether there’s any o ther 2.4GHz produc t is
used nearby like WiFi ro uters, mic rowave ovens, whic h
may interfere the c onnec tion.
· If nothing above is involved, please retry to pair:
press the Pair Button at the bo ttom of the camera,
press Menu butto n, selec t through - > - > , and
then the monitor will auto- pair with the camera.
· Chec k all c onnec tions to the c amera (power c able
plugging and pairing).
· Chec k whether the screen is in sleep mo de. Press any
button to awake it.
· Chec k whether the camera is within range of the
monitor.
· Adjust the mo nitor antenna to vertic al po sition fo r

Chec k whether the system so und volume is set to “0”.

Night visio n LED may be ON. Please turn on ro om lights
to forc e it out of the night mo de.
· Chec k whether the camera is near the mo nito r and
that there’re no obstac les between them.
· Adjust the mo nitor antenna to vertic al po sition fo r
better signal transfer.
· Volume may be set too high. Press Menu Button - > OK
Button - > Left Button to volume down.
· The camera and monito r may be put too close; keep
them at least 1.5m / 4.9ft apart.
· The camera may be to o out of range. Please keep it
within 10 m / 32.8ft to the monito r.
Software
Versio n?
Press the Power button on the monito r to turn off the
monitor. The software version will be displayed at the
sc reen bo tto m befo re power off.
