Brake and clutch fluid
Only use DOT4 brake fluid.
O ver tim e, brake fluid a bsorbs moisture
which will reduce braking effec tiveness.
The b ra ke fluid s hould the refore be
rep la ced at the specified interval.
Brake fluid should be stored in a sealed
container to avoid wa ter absorption.
Ensure it does not become conta mina ted
with fluids containing mineral oil (oil,
petrol, cleaner) as this can damage the
se als and sle ev es o f the b ra ke sys tem .

Due to its corrosive nature, brake fluid
must not come in contact with the
paintwork. Flush a ny escaped brak e fluid
with plenty of water.
