The Vauxhall installa tion instructions and
the operating guidelines p rovid ed by the
telephone manufa cturer must be observed
when fitting and operating a m ob ile
telephone. Failure to d o so could invalidate
the vehicle ’s operating perm it (EU Directiv e
95/54/EG).
Requirements to ensure trouble-free
operation:
z Professionally installed exterior antenna,
to ob ta in th e m a x imu m r a n g e po ss i b l e
z Maximum transmission power 10 W.
z Installation of the te lephone in a suitab le
spot (front centre console).

Obtain advice on predetermined
installation loc ations for the external
antenna and equipment holder and ways
of using devices w ith transmission power of
more than 10 Wa tts. We recom mend that
you consult your Vauxhall Authorised
Repairer, who will have brack ets and
various installation k its and install them in
accordance with regulations.
Operation of a hands-free attachment with
no outside antenna, using the mobile
telephone standards GSM 900/1800/1900
and UMTS, may take place only if the
maximum transmission power of the
mobile telephone does not exceed 2 W, in
the case of GSM 900, and otherwise 1 W.
The operating instructions of the
manufacturer of the telephone and hands-
free attachment m ust be noted in all cases.
For reasons of safety, we recomm end that
you do not use the p hone while driving.
Even use of a hands-free set can be a
distraction while driving. Be sure to obse rve
any country-specific reg ulations.

the instruction manuals supplied.
The na vigation system is supp lied with a
CD or DVD detailing the local territory.
For additional countries / territories,
separa te CD’s are a vailable from your
Vauxhall Authorised Repairer.

When used in the vehicle interior, mobile
telephones a nd radio eq uipm ent (CB)
with integrated antenna may cause
malfunctions in the vehicle electronics.
Mobile telephones and rad io equipment
(CB) should only be used with an antenna
fitte d on the vehicle ex te rior.
