Start attempts should not last longer than
15 se cond s. If engine does not sta rt, wait
10 seconds before repeating starting
proced ure.
The increa sed engine speed automatically
returns to normal idling speed as the
engine temperature rises.
Drive at a moderate speed, especially in
cold weather, until normal engine
operating temperatures have been
reached.

Set the tem perature rotary knob
to red and fan to position 4,
set air distribution to l
Close centre air vents; open side air vents
and direct them towards the door windows.

Heating operational only in starter switch
positions ACC or ON.
The rear window and exterior mirror
heating is switched off automatically after
approx. 15 minutes.
