2. The location of front and rear jacking
points is indicated by notches on the
bottom edge of the vehicle , under the
doors.

3. Attach wheel bolt wrench to jack head
and rotate w rench clockwise to raise the
lifting head a little.
Position jack at the front or rear jacking
point located nearest to the wheel
concerned so that the jack claw spans
the vertical base. Ma ke sure it is
perpendicular to the ground and
properly positioned.
The ja ck base must b e on the ground
directly below the jacking point in a
manner that prevents it from slipping.

4. Raise vehicle by rotating wheel bolt
wrench clockwise until jack head fits
firm ly into the app ropriate notch a nd the
tyre is approx. 2.5 cm off the ground.
If this is not the case, carefully lower the
vehicle immediately and reposition the
jack so that it cannot slip.
5. Unscrew wheel bolts completely by
turning anticlockwise and put
some where w here the threads w ill not b e
soiled.
