 - Bug resulted in command execution delays until new commands arrived, and loss of at least one command.
Version 7.0 Changes
Version 7.0 was released in March 2005. Earlier Lattis Matrix Switchers used software version 6.0 to 6.8 (and even earlier units used
versions 4.0 to 5.22); version 7.0 added additional dealer-requested features to the system. Note that, any control system drivers
developed for version 6.0 through 6.8 systems (circa Aug 2002 through April 2005) will function exactly the same with version 7.0
systems. You may easily add support for the following new features:
 * Percent-Volume commands:
 - Instead of using absolute volume levels (0 to 35), you may now use percent (0 to 100)
 - Easier coding and parsing; no additional calculations for updating bargraphs or other volume displays
 - Adjustable range for percent commands (you define where the 0% to 100% range spans)
 - Volume tapering may be enabled or not
 * Fast-Route commands:
 - Bypass volume tapering during switching, when you need to quickly route a zone or group of zones
 * Preset-State and Paging/Doorchime commands:
 - Six general Preset-States, and a Paging/Doorchime state, are programmable for any machine configuration
 - Change state with a single command
 - Use general presets for applications such as party-mode, boardrooms, courtrooms, etc.
 - Paging/Doorchime mode can be activated/deactivated from commands, or external contact-closure input
 - You provide the page/chime audio from a telephone system, wav file...
 * Adjustable Baud-Rate:
 - Our standard is still 38400-baud, but you may select from 1200-baud to 115200-baud, as needed.
