Front Glass Replacement
WARNING: Remove power from luminaire before performing maintenance.

GLASS, FRONT, MED. FLOOD 8-ROW LENT. (Vari-Lite part: 42.9685.0203)

To remove and replace front glass:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire.
Step 2. At front ring assembly, open latch and swing open.

CAUTION: Wear thick, protective gloves or other protective covering while handling front lens. The
lens is extremely fragile and can break if too much force is applied. If dirty, clean with common glass
cleaner and a soft, lint-free cloth.
Step 3. At front ring assembly, carefully press front side of lens inward with thumbs while holding
ring with fingers until glass is free of holder. Remove lens.
