Spot Optic Assembly Replacement

Repair Procedure

Step 1. Disconnect luminaire AC input cable from power source.

Step 2. Remove both head covers.

Step 3. Disconnect all fan wires and yoke cable from optic assembly interconnect board.

Step 4. Remove fan (or entire gobo assembly).

Step 5. Remove lower head fan assembly for edge screw access.

Step 6. At linear actuator edge screw, remove nut using 11/32" socket and 3/8" wrench.

Step 7. Remove four clamps securing optic zoom box guide rods, being careful not to let optic box

fall.

Step 8. Remove spot optic assembly, being careful not to let the guide rails fall.

Step 9. Remove guide rails

Step 10. Install in reverse order, making sure guide rails ends are flush with back side of the rear

clamps.

Note: To prevent binding, thread edge screw all the way into linear actuator motor before re-

installing. Secure right-side (edge motor side) optic assembly clamps first when re-installing.
