MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES : PAN MOTOR ASSEMBLY/PAN BELT REPLACEMENT

b. Disconnect DC wire from LVS.

c. Disconnect DMX wire from DMX PCB.

d. Disconnect Display wire from Display.

e. Remove ground wire from chassis.

Step 5. Remove pan motor assembly. See “Repair/Replacement Procedure (Pan Motor)” on

page 30.

Step 6. Pass wire through routing hole in chassis

Step 7. Remove belt.

Step 8. Replace by performing steps 2 through 7 in reverse.

Note: Make sure wiring is not pinched during installation. When tightening four 10-32x3/4" SCB Cap

screws that mount Pan Motor Assembly, you must tighten in a CLOCKWISE pattern starting with

screw in lower left-hand side from spring.
