Gluing Magnet to Dimmer Wheel Assembly

Step 1. Make sure surface is clean and oil free

Step 2. Adhere magnet to wheel using Copper RTV.

Step 3. Place magnet on dimmer wheel assembly as

shown.

Step 4. Apply a fillet bead of NUVASIL RTV along edge of

magnet as shown and allow to fully cure. For best

results, run through a UV curing oven twice

Step 5. Apply two fillet beads of Copper RTV on long

sides of magnet as shown.

Step 6. Allow to cure in for at least 24 hours at room

temperature. For best results, run through a UV

curing oven twice.

Note: Magnet must be oriented correctly. The South Pole of the magnet must be

positioned away from center of dimmer wheel. To determine the South Pole of the

magnet, hold the magnet against the magnet on another wheel. The side of the magnet

(being held) that is REPULSED is the South Pole.
