Strobe Bulkhead Replacement

To remove and replace strobe bulkhead assembly:
Step 1. Disconnect luminaire AC input cable from power source.
Step 2. At luminaire, remove both top and bottom covers as follows:
a. Loosen two captive screws and remove top cover as shown in Figure 2-5
(the cover is attached by tether).
b. At bottom cover, loosen three 8-32 x 1/2" PPB screws and remove cover.
Step 3. Remove CYM crossfade color assembly.
Step 4. Remove Color/Gobo/Iris Assembly.
Step 5. (Optional - to gain direct access to four mounting screws if right-angle
screw driver is not available) Remove spot optic assembly.
Step 6. At strobe bulkhead, remove six 6-32 x 1/4" PPB SEMS screws.
Step 7. Disconnect motor wire connectors from motors.
Step 8. Slide strobe bulkhead out of head assembly.
Step 9. Install replacement assembly by performing Steps 2 through 8 in reverse
order.
